mixed feelings about the stay

slow elevatormissing amenities

the elevators were a major problem. only one of the three elevators worked (it was slow). this meant long waits to get to the lobby or my room. i also found the lack of basic amenities frustrating (i expected more for the price i paid). the room had no tea or coffee making facilities. it was annoying i had to go out every morning to get a coffee.

The location it was very convenient near the WTC memorial. The gym has adequate equipment including treadmills. I appreciated the ice machine right down the hall and luggage storage after checkout was available for a small fee per bag. The staff was friendly and efficient.

I loved the location. It was right across from the 9/11 memorial. the staff were super friendly and helpful. the room was spacious and clean. i tell you, the bed was so comfy, i didn't want to leave!

the hand soap was missing from my room, such a bummer! the washroom lighting wasn't working either. also, the hotel didn't provide drinking water in the gym or rooms, a bit inconvenient.

the location was acceptable, right next to the world trade center. but it was in a quiet area.

the elevators were a real problem , it was a nightmare. thankfully it was fixed on my last day. i don't want to experience that again.
